We have a distinction in Made-ups, because our major part of export especially to Europe consists of (about 70%) is in Made ups.
How Do We Export?
We are working only against L/C at sight OR any usuance L/Cs.
We are making delivery of goods by Sea & also by Air.
We can export the goods under three conditions FOB, CNF and CIF basis.
How Much Quantity, We Can Put In 20Ft Container?
Fabric: we can put approx.110,000/sq.mtr (weighted 0.100g to 0.115g per sq.mtr) Made-up: we can put approx.10,000 pcs Complete Bedsets / 22,000 pcs Hotel Bedsheet / 40,000 pcs Pillow cases, packed in carton boxes.
Shipment Schedule / Delivery Time ( 20' or 40' Fcl) For Grey Fabrics: We need only 6-weeks to ship full container after receiving the L/c, but our best try to ship the goods within 5-weeks. For Finished Fabric/Made-ups: We need only 8-weeks, but our best try to ship the goods within 7-weeks.
Our Production Capacity We can supply 100,000 meters grey fabrics or 10,000 bed sets or 75,000 meters finished fabric after every three days.
Textile Quota For quota countries like Europe & United States, we have a substantial quota at our disposal to meet the demands of our valued customers in quota countries.
