It Is Particularly Suitable For Turning And Milling Operations Where All Or Most Processes Can Be Completed In A Single Setup.

Product Features:

1) Utilizing A Flat Bed And Slant Saddle Structure, The Internal Ribs Are Optimized Using 3D Design Software, Improving The Rigidity And Stability Of Large Components And The Entire Machine. The Bed, Saddle, And Slide Are Made Of High-strength Cast Iron, Undergoing Two Aging Treatments To Eliminate Stress, Resulting In High Strength And Good Shock Absorption, Effectively Suppressing Deformation And Vibration Caused By Cutting Forces.

2) The Spindle Box And Sub-spindle Box Employ An Electric Spindle Structure, Offering High Spindle Speed, Good Rigidity, And Fast Dynamic Response, Improving The Roundness And Surface Accuracy Of The Machined Parts.
