Our main business is providing complete installation and commissioning services of rice reprocessing plants to millers on turnkey basis with simple and easy operating system, we are also manufacturing of rice reprocessing machines and providing free advice and consultation to clients.
This organization AKRES is existing in city of Karachi since 1997. Mr. ANSAR ABBAS and his team members were fully busy in research and development work since 1995 by grace of Almighty ALLHA we have succeeded to produce the best quality rice reprocessing machines as wall as processing machines and per boiled plants.
In the year 2000 we have succeeded to deliver our first (Auto shiner) water silky polisher to one of our valued client. Since than we are producing the superior and result oriented rice processing best quality machines. Our prime motto is research and development and we have never compromised on materials and quality issues. We have made rice processing more simple and easy. Our Auto Shiners – Thickness Graders – Rotary Sifters – Length Graders – Electric Control Panel Boards – Dust Cyclone Systems – Aspiration systems - Small to huge sizes rice storage bins and all sizes Elevators & conveyors are of best standard and quality. We are also under take all types of installation and fabrication works. We do concentrate more on our factory and its different departments. We have provided all necessary tools and machines there to maintain perfect accuracy of rice polishing machines parts. We have a separate section of computerized CNC machines for this purpose. Up till now we have installed about sixty (60) small and big rice processing units in Karachi city and interior sindh. All our clients are very much satisfied and happy with the performance of our machines and our services. This is a big honour & pride for us. Our things are moving in right directions, that’s why now we have got affiliation and association of some big hi tech multinational companies.
