The Morocco Family Reunification Visa exists for exactly this purpose, letting spouses, minor children, adopted children under Kafala arrangements, and in specific cases dependent parents join a sponsor already settled in Morocco.

That sponsor, whether a Moroccan citizen or a foreign resident holding a long-term permit, doesn't file the application directly. Instead, they supply proof of legal status, accommodation, the family connection through documents like a marriage or birth certificate, and evidence of sufficient financial means. The applicant then submits everything at the relevant embassy, alongside bank statements, a travel itinerary, and a cover letter explaining the relationship.

Approval brings a visa valid roughly three months for entry, though staying longer means applying for a residence card locally within Morocco. Processing timelines shift depending on embassy workload, and this visa cannot be converted from another category while already inside the country.
