PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

 

VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN is produced by the separation from the carbohydrate component of high grade 

Wheat flour. 

It is the water insoluble complex protein fraction. It is a cream coloured,  free-flowing,  food grade powder. 

When rehydrated it regains its visco-elasticity. 

 

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS 

 

VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN forms a visco-elastic dough with strong film forming capability when fully hydrated. 

It rapidly absorbs 150% of its own weight of water.

STORAGE & HANDLING
