It all started with my software engineering degree and early days as an SEO specialist. Combining my coding background with SEO, I began shaping digital success stories for clients, one ranking at a time. That thrill fuelled something more profound in me: a belief that digital marketing experts don’t just promote—they empower and transform.
2016 I immersed myself in social media marketing and email campaigns, cultivating genuine audience relationships. By 2017, working at a USA-based agency, I mastered Google Ads, built effective sales funnels, and managed complex projects. But one observation hit me hard: many agency owners had never done the work. When their teams stumbled or got technical, those owners were lost because they didn’t have hands-on experience.
That wasn’t me. I’ve personally implemented SEO strategies, launched ad campaigns, configured CRMs, tracked analytics, and tinkered with automation—all of it. My technical skillset means that I speak their language when my team faces hurdles. I don’t get stuck in “technical traps”—I guide, resolve, and move forward.
By 2020, I was handling more projects than ever. I tried scaling with freelancers, drawn by low-cost outsourcing from Pakistan. But frankly, it failed. Gaps in communication, delays, and inconsistent quality damaged momentum. I knew I had to build something better.
So in 2021, I did what felt right: I set up SoftCrust’s first in-house office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad, with a dedicated 10-person team. It wasn’t just about growth—it was about standards and culture. We had to work like an international digital marketing agency—delivering top-tier strategies while offering affordable pricing. As a Pakistan-based company, we gave global-standard service at costs that made sense for clients worldwide.
Today, our team has grown to nearly 20 professionals working out of our new office in DHA?II, and we serve both local and international businesses. We’ve taken clients from the UAE, USA, UK, Australia, Sweden, Serbia, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, and Pakistan, across sectors like healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, fashion, sports, education, auto rentals, and IT.
