Barium Titanate made by solid phase synthesis. It is white tetragonal crystal. Soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in hot dilute nitric acid, water and alkali.
It has advantages of high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and good thermal stability. It is a basic dielectric formulated materials, widely applied to ceramic capacitor, PTC thermal resistor, filter, chemical catalyst and organic material improvement.
